This is the call associated with the Fox's biscuit episode on Complaints.Note I am advised to tell an Environmental Health Officer about my complaint rather than being given a £4 refund for my postage...nice customer services...
This is where the CMBR site will help stubb out this outrageous big business disregard for consumer issues. Now these people may well be on tape!!!!!
PS. EHO refers to Environmental Health Officer!!! Can you believe they would rather me call them that repay my £4 postage costs to send the mouldy biscuits back....(This was initially offered in the letter asking me to return the faulty/mouldy goods)
