it's excellent - again, it's a free trial - it's so easy to use - it opens with Skype and works with it. When ever i get a sales call on my landline, i tell them - sorry, i can't talk on this line, it's a work number, i am interested, please call me on my other line.... (my Skype number) - they're always keen to call back - the phone rings and i hit record.
