If she doesn't want to be recorded, she shouldn't work there.

AFAIK there is nothing in law to state who has to advise of the call being recorded so if the call starts with "this call may be recorded or monitored" then you can record it :)

Absolutely fantastic, this is exactly what this site is all about, lets get everyone to do the same and see who is or isn't prepared to be recorded. Let's call it 'for the people's training purposes'...come on let's pass this on!!
