South Kesteven produced a letter referring to a consumer survey it had conducted as a vote by the rate payers. When questioned about this it was agreed that the wording was wrong and I was promised the results of the survey. That was 10 weeks ago. To date I have not received the promised survey. My calls to the officials are being ignored as are my requests for them to return my calls.
