Complaint Background:
I ordered a product and the shop I ordered from chose DHL to deliver to my address. The shop and DHL had my details inc. post code, email and tel.no. Although my local sorting depot had my parcel for 9 days, they hadn't contacted me at all - apparently they had tried to deliver but 'couldn't find my address' - I rang them to enquire and they said the driver didn't have my number, so I gave it to them, they tried again, no deliver, no call or message, two days later, I call them - 'he couldn't find it' - astonishing, I confirm my mobile no. again, and confirm my address, I talk them through my location (my showing them how to put in a postcode into multi-map and/or streetmap) - and still no apology...I'll probably ring them again today to help them with some more of their deliveries...Idiots.
