Complaint Background:
It took 3 months and about 8 hours on the phone trying to get my Broadband upgraded. I was told 5 times that it would be done at a specific date, it then wasn't, I was told 4 times a manager would call me back the next day, no-one ever did. The internet would go down and just stop working, but they just couldn't help because they were not a technical department, and I could get a technical person to call me back. I have just given up now!
