why o why is it that when all you want is a simple refund yet no one seems to speak the same language. 21 days they said, MY EYE!!, 5 months on still waiting, but whats the betting if the roles were reversed theyd be after my blood by now.looks like sombodys having a drink or two on my money. would never go to them again.
