I recently sent my phone off for repair and it never came back. For three weeks 3 mobile told me it was out of there hands and that it was up to royal mail to re-arrange the re-delivery, the phone still never came after numourous calls to royal mail. After just speaking to 3 mobile they have told me my phone was delivered to my home address and it was signed for by someone living here. IT WASN'T!

Now three think the only way for me to have a new phone is to buy a new one, the same model would cost £85 and that's a refurbished model!

They wont even let me cancel. Lets get it strait:

I sent my phone to them to fix because it was shit.

They lost it.

They want me to buy a new one.
