I signed a contract with chatterbox for a 3g phone in august 2006.
Under the terms of the contract I was suppose to receive some cashback in March June and August. As long as I send all my bills by the 23 feb On my contract It states that they have up to a month to remit the cash however it's been almost 3 months and they still haven't given me my first cashback. They keep saying they have a backlog of requests to process and I can't cancel the contract or I would be liable to 3g
I think this treatment is greatly unfair
