DHL... Stay well away.

Sent parcel eraly November 2009 and it arrived damaged. I followed there claim procedures and had no reply for 4 wks. When I chased them I was first told that the girl dealing with it had gone off to have ababy so no one ws dealing with it and had to demand someone sorted my claim. The lad who took it on then went off sick and they told me I had to wait until he cam back altough they did not know when this would be. When he came back two of the three pictures that had been sent in where now missing and I had to resend them .... its still going on in January 2010 and now they want more pictures and in the mean time I now had a compinsation claim against me I have had to pay......... DHL DO NOT USE BE WARNED
