Booked a delivery from Manchester to London of some legal documents using DHLs 'Diamond' service. This is guaranteed delivery before 10am the next day. Next morning I get no DHL delivery. I phone DHL and they rudely cut me off 3 times. Finally find out that DHL had not bothered to pick up the documents from Manchester. They said it had possibly been booked in for the wrong day and would be picked up a day later. I paid £41 for this teo day delivery service and they would not refund me any money.
