Complaint Background:
I am stuck in a loop.... I call BT and tell them my phone is not working....
They run a test and send a SMS message to my mobile saying 'We have run a test on your phone line and are happy to say it's now working....
I test it... it's not working....
I phone bt and tell them it's still not working.... they say they have no record of a fault... I say i just got a text from you... they say 'would you like to report a fault'.... i say yes.... i get a text!!!!

I'm now without a phone line at home for 3 weeks!! BT are so out of order it's shocking. They have all these systems in place but they all collectively do 'eff all, in fact, instead of their 'systems' that they need to log on and report, collect data etc. etc. to try and make things better for you, they may as well invest in a pack of Post-It Notes! As get past from India, to South Africa, to the Midlands to Scotland, I feel 'their systems' are about as dynamic and intelligent as a pack of post-it's!
They're a joke - a shameful excuse for a company - I have filed complaints to them online - all i get is smarmy deadend email apology. I have tried to complain on the phone - I get hung-up on!!! they really are the sh*test of the sh*t - and to be honest, i never thought i'd say that, as in the past, i've used NTL. in comparison, NTL are/were brilliant!
I am now sitting at home, having taken a day off from work (holiday time!!!), and likely to miss my sons end of year fete and for what!! to wait for some twat for BT to not bother to turn up! Communications Company???? my f****** arse!!
