BT BROADBAND HELP!!!

Complaint Background:
Hello, I'm in the middle of a ruck with those special idiots, BT!

They've made such a fuck-up of my telephone services and broadband - we recently moved and, to be honest, i can't believe the mess they've made of my installation of service.

We've been without a proper service, either phone or broadband for weeks now. They're not logging any calls, not follow-up and no fucking shame in any of their lack of ability to manage customers.

as you can see, i'm a bit pissed off - and am really really losing the will to live with these tossers. I'm currently on the phone to them and am recording their stupidity, rudeness and general lack of any sense of shame.

here's one example.... I called BT Operator Service and told them that my broadband (that they were billing me for) was not working - they put me on hold to a BT BB service dept to solve the problem. I just recieved my 1st BT bill, which they've charged me for line rental (not working) Broadband Rental (intermittent) and £19.40 for connection (through the BT Operator) to 08456 007030 (their useless fuckwit helpline)

I will be back as I'm in the middle of documenting and recording this.

I'm going to wipe their nose in their own shit.

BTW - still nothing done about this - it's almost as if the problem have been pushed aside! I'm on the phone again now and the i'm recording!!

In my office yesterday our BT broadband went down. It's a business account, which we pay a premium for the luxury. We phoned them to find out what was going on....

they said - "at peak times we have to limit the amount of bandwidth to our customers" - er, we're a business, pay a premium for the 'business' service and get penalised for using the premium business service in peak hours - which are UK Business hours.

pathetic.

I wish you luck! i'm going to send this chat to them - and some of their competitors ;)
I'm with you man, get on them, they are by far the worst I've encountered. I've had problems for three years with them and never has one of the issues been resolved properly. My last (yesterday - it's that common) was that the phones went dead at home and in my home office. We reported it and without any communication (sic) the phones came back on. We rang them and told them. We cancelled the diverts. The next day engineers came to fix the fault - no idea it was working again. But they hadn't changed the diverts - so had to do that. Good job they came - the cretins!! The engineer said it happens all the time!!
