i was moving house so wanted to put the phone line back to BT for the new owner of the house and tried calling talktalk - i stuck on hold every time. i then went in my local carphone warehouse and asked them to deal with it - they told me they had but nothinh happened - just another bil. i emailed and wtote to custoomer services but have not heard back - apart fom another bill. if you are phonong to join talktalk you vcan get through straigh awy but once youve signed up you cant sdpeak to anyone. i would never use
them again
