Complaint Background:
I have recorded and placed the report about how Easyjet treats its customers. I lost baggage after a flight from Rome to the UK. They have been utterly useless in retrieving it - exactly as this lady is finding.

I've just downloaded Skype and i'm going to record my next call to Easyjet - it wont be hard to show exactly how redicoulous their system is! Until then.... ;)

Wow they really make money from their customer service?!X
Heard this and thought great - they are finally being exsposed for what they really are! I've stopped using Easyjet after the probelms they've casued me over the last few months.
thanks for posting this! it makes it all clear now - I agree with this, I had not thought that separation from customers is intentional!
