Amazing you may think, I should hear about this site the day before Orange decide to really get on my nerves.

Really the nature of my complaint is irrelevant, we have all bashed our heads against the brick walls of bureaucracy enough to understand the situation.

First Call : after 40 mins of hearing that there may be a delay due to being busy I give up, wondering is they should employ more call centre staff as this is ALWAYS the case..

Rather more keen later and able to hold as kids finally in bed I receive a pick up an hour later.

"Hi, this call may be recorded.".."I am sorry Mr La la but we ... not really willing/ bothered to help" was the import of our initial dialogue.
"I am recording my end also ", I reply..

Now this site has it right, the minute you cease to be a controllable, script led anonymous caller from the other end their comfortable superiority vanishes.
I perceived a change of tone from the confident and imperious lass. She faltered....shuddered and complied....
